This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for appointment booking fees that you have paid through our Platform. Under this policy:
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation Period: You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booking amount.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
- Platform Fee: The platform fee (10 Rs.) is non-refundable once an appointment is booked.
- Service Provider Fees: Refunds for service provider fees are subject to the provider's individual refund policy.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method.
Special Circumstances
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact our customer support team immediately with supporting documentation.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties during a virtual appointment, please report it to our support team within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Service Provider Cancellation: If your service provider cancels the appointment, you will receive a full refund automatically.
